Our client is a global provider of environmental solutions, delivering a range of waste, water and waste water management services.

The Challenge

The challenge was to implement a paperless (AUDDIS) Direct Debit system without causing disruption to the client’s existing systems or their 35,000 plus Direct Debit payers.

When they contacted us their existing paper-based Direct Debit software was at its end-of-life, which gave them the ideal opportunity to consider a paperless system to enhance their processes.
