Case Study: Waste Management
Our client is a global provider of environmental solutions, delivering a range of waste, water and waste water management services.
The challenge was to implement a paperless (AUDDIS) Direct Debit system without causing disruption to the client’s existing systems or their 35,000 plus Direct Debit payers.
When they contacted us their existing paper-based Direct Debit software was at its end-of-life, which gave them the ideal opportunity to consider a paperless system to enhance their processes.
Why First Capital Cashflow?
- We could offer them a state-of-the-art processing platform that is constantly improved to keep pace with technological advancements, and could therefore assure the organisation that they wouldn’t face any issues with obsolete software in the future
- We were able to offer a fully bespoke solution at a competitive price
- We demonstrated that we have measures in place to ensure they are continuously Bacs compliant
- We had in-depth knowledge of the migration and conversion process for existing payers to become paperless and AUDDIS compliant, and could offer the assurance of a seamless transfer
Since the introduction of both AUDDIS and a paperless system the client has experienced a greater take-up in the number of customers paying by Direct Debit. With the more automated system, the amount of administration has been reduced and there are fewer errors. They can now offer customers a highly efficient and flexible Direct Debit service which saves the business both time and money.
